Libby Kamp

I am from Chicago, IL, but I spent most of my life in Minnesota.⁠ I'm currently working toward finishing my instrument rating as I continue my flight training at MSU.

I originally studied neuroscience and played Division I ice hockey at a college in Vermont. However, partway through my academic and athletic career, I realized that I wanted to fly. I made the difficult decision to hang up my skates and pursue aviation full-time.

⁠My favorite thing about the Pro Flight Program training here has been the incredibly rewarding experience it offers. The supportive community and the willingness of others to help have made a lasting impact on my journey.

As for what's next, I'm keeping an open mind. I'm drawn to the idea of flying for the airlines, but I'm also intrigued by the challenge and purpose of military aviation. Either way, I'm excited to see where this path leads!
