Maverick Flight Team

Student organization for pilots and non-pilots, registered with The National Intercollegiate Flying Association (NIFA). Students compete with other university/college flight teams in ground and flight events. For more information, visit www.NIFA.aero.

Aviation Club

All Aviation students welcome! This is a terrific way to meet others in the aviation program and network with alumni and industry members.

Women in Aviation

All aviation students welcome! Join through Women in Aviation International. Student membership is $32 - please be affiliated with the Northern Lights Chapter. Scholarships available.

learning community

First year students majoring in aviation can join the Aviation Learning Community. This community provides students with the opportunity to socialize, live and study with others who share their interests and experiences. Students take classes together and are preregistered for classes for both fall and spring.

College Friends

  • Work, live and hang out together to ease the transition to college life, while supporting each other throughout the aviation program

  • Live in a diverse population in the residence hall along with other highly ambitious and motivated students who are members of other learning communities
